I am not geting relevant feedback on my voice


Your Speech Factory is designed to run with a proper hardware. To increase the accuracy of your result, please, try using USB or built-in microphones and disable your noise cancelling feature, if applicable.




I cannot login to Your Speech Factory


If you are a first time user, you have to open up a new account first. Launch your PowerPoint slides, select Your Speech Factory from the ribbon and let the plugin open. Select the "Sign up" option and create a new account. You will be automatically logged in once you complete the registration procedure.




Where are the data stored?


All the data are stored locally on your computer and Your Speech Factory only uses them to provide a relevant feedback on your training. These files can be found in your document folder under the following path: C:/Users/Your User Name/Documents/Your Speech Factory




How do I update Your Speech Factory?


Your Speech Factory uses a system of automatic updates. You do not have to update your software manually.




I forgot my password


You can easily reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link in the welcome page.




Your Speech Factory does not start


Make sure your PowerPoint presentation is saved locally on your computer. If you still keep having issues, please, contact our support team which will be more than happy to assist you. support@yourspeechfactory.com




How long does it take to install Your Speech Factory?


Installing the software won't take any longer than making a coffee. If you are downloading the installer directly from our website, the speed may vary depending on your internet connection. In most cases, Your Speech Factory is installed within 10-15 minutes.




I am not getting relevant feedback on eye contact


The eye contact feedback highly depand on your webcam settings. To increase the accuracy as much a possible, make sure you train in a room with optimal light sourcing and stay close to the camera lens, so we can recognize your pupils. Any additional accessories on your face such as glasses or contact lenses might influence the final result.
